With San Diego Comic-con over and
done for another year, there is plenty of news to talk about. Here are just a few of the announcements made
at SDCC 2012.
Fans got a look at the first
trailer for Sam Raimi’s Oz: The Great and
Powerful. Raimi, a fan of The Wizard of Oz himself, says the film nods
lovingly to the original while having its own fantastic tale. The movie focuses on a young version of the
Wizard and his entrance into Oz.
New footage was released from the upcoming Judge Dredd movie. The Judge is back and in 3D! Fans can check out Dredd and his psychic rookie
side-kick in theaters Sept 21st.
Street
Fighter fans, you can expect to see a live action Street Fighter series, distributed by Content Media
Corporation in 2013. The Series will
focus around the training of Ryu and Ken in the early years.
Fans can now watch the full trailer for the upcoming live
action Halo series, Forward Unto Dawn. The series will tell the story at beginning
of the Covenant and Human war, leading fans into Halo 4.
Deadpool will be starring in his own video game. The smart-ass Marvel character is set to appear
in his own game with speculation that Nolan North will be reprising his role as
the outrageous character.
